The third is that the speed of operation adjustment is different. The adjustment speed of the dovetail groove sliding motion is fast. The rack and pinion adjustment knob can move forward or backward by 18mm in one turn, while the cross-roller micrometer knob can only move forward or backward by 0.5mm in one turn. Fourth, there are differences in prices. The dovetail slide has a simple structure and low price, while the cross-roller slide has a relatively complex structure, high precision and high price.
